The story behind the sale

One of my favorite parts of this work is seeing how timing, trust, and the right strategy come together and this recent sale was such a great example.

I first connected with Andrew and Melissa this past fall through a referral from one of my wonderful clients. They had recently relocated from Arizona and were ready to find their next home here in the PNW. We started their search looking at townhomes in North Seattle, but after touring several options, it became clear they were craving more space and a longer-term fit, especially with pup Austin along for the adventure 🐾
